A fabric panel by Valorie Wells depicting Sisters, Oregon on the day of it’s annual outdoor quilt show is the centerpiece of this wall quilt, which also features a number of other fabrics designed by Valorie.  The outer borders are created by free-form curved piecing and machine appliquéd flowers add interest to portions of the quilt.
